You know what.  We’ve been sitting on this gem for a few days while we catch our breath. Since we last posted about this duo in July, Tape to Tape have been busy.  New track Pure & Easy on Relish slipped out ten days ago and has been quietly gaining the support of Eric Duncan (Dr Dunks / Rub ‘n’ Tug), Jim Stanton (Horse Meat Disco), and Jacques Renault (DFA/Runaway). 

If there was an opposite of a shamanic rainmaker to catapult us back into the midst of summer then this would be the soundtrack. Here we’ve got the original and the Black Strobe remix for you - downloadable in 128 for your perusal, we know you’ll want to pick up the full release.

We’re seriously excited to have  Tape to Tape DJ’ing at our next Matters of the Heart party on 16th September at CAMP.  Maybe you’ll hear the remix they’ve just finished of Black Strobe’s classic Me and Madonna.  You’ll want to.  I said they’ve been busy.
